UV Digital printing system
Introduction
This customer requires the printing width 216mm and CMYK printing. here is our UV digital printing system in details below:
The whole system’s working process: automatic feeding, auto-rectify system, which is to correct the feeding position and make the product running straight; then Plasma, UV digital printing & UV drier then auto collection. And the machine drawing and picture is below:

4. Available product: film, PVC, plastic, wood, coated paper, thermal insulation bag, Nonwovens etc. non-absorbent material.
5. Available product size: not more than 600mm on width;
6.Feeding speed :60-120pcs/min which is related with the product size;
7.Height for product in the feeding magazine: 100-200mm. (better to provide samples for further confirmation).
