From August 25th to 27th there is one exhibition named FLCE ASIA at Guangzhou exhibition center, we attend this exhibition as well. meanwhile, we invited many customers home and abroad to have a visit to us. All of them confirmed our development and were convinced by our products’ feature as well as their performance.
We showed our upgraded friction feeder BY-HF04-400 with single head UV inkjet printing system, which is with Ricoh G5 printing head and whose printing width is 54mm. except that we also showed our upgrade friction with BY-HF02-500, which is also with UV inkjet printing system, which is with two Ricoh G5 printing head then the printing width can be 108mm.
This exhibition is for food, so we take various food packages there and did the samples printing at site. Some is frozen food package, some is food package with sealing, some is vacuum packaging bags, etc. we introduced our new air feeder which is up-suction belt feeder. It is good for hard plastic packages with heavy static electricity. And it makes up the insufficient of up- suction cup feeder, which is good for soft, thin, heavy static electricity product. And the non-breathable product.
After meeting with customers, we confirmed our development direction in the near future which is found last year. We will upgrade our feeding platform and make it suit for digital printing. Meanwhile, we will manufacture our own digital printing with HP printing head A4 and Other two UV inkjet printing system for CMYK. Seiko, Ricoh etc.
