Yes, feeder is one very special assistant equipment in marking & packaging industry. It coordinates inkjet printer, labeling system etc. to finish packaging products’ marking technology. According to feeder’s feature, it separates two main categories: friction feeder and vacuum feeder. As for present universal feeder, the principle is frictional force and this fiction force is the packaging material’s internal friction but not the feeder itself friction. So there is no good feeder and bad feeder, the one, which is suit for the product itself is good. The one which is not suit for the product itself is bad.
There is no quality difference on feeder itself. And it is on the feature. The suitable one is the best one. So for one common products’ feeding, such as paper, label, cards, normal plastic bags, carton box etc. all of these are the most common package or printing material. Common feeder and the best feeder ‘s performance is similar to each other. But if you meet some special product, ultra-thin, narrow, some even with static electricity etc. we can see the difference.
