The birth of a new product requires the efforts of many people and the precipitation of time, especially for companies like us, which have been adhering to independence and innovation. no pain no gain. Our boss, the chief engineer Mr. Atease Chen, after meeting kinds of customers from different industries, discovered the vacancy in the market for suction paging machines in 2019, so in the Spring Festival of 2020, when everyone was with their families to celebrate the Spring Festival, he was designing and researching this feeder in the office alone.
When people were back to work, he had finished his design and put the design drawing into process. When the first demo machine was finished, we met some problems, such as how to avoid double sheet feeding, how to deal with product with static electricity, when the product is thin enough, how to feed, and so on. Mr. Atease Chen did the improvement again and again during the past two years. Now this air feeder finally met us. Here is the picture of this feeder below:
This feeder can be consider as an almighty feeder, it can replace our friction feeder, baffle feeder etc. so Mr. Atease Chen even made jokes that beating yourself is not the competitors but yourself. I think what he said is true because technological innovation is endless. Right now, I remember one saying of my boss Mr. Atease Chen “walk with the wise and respect the world with wisdom manufacture”. I was moved when I read these words and I trust that we can manufacture more and more advanced feeders to service our users well.
Now this feeder has enter into Chinese medicine factories and we are confident that it will service other industries users in the near future.
