Standard intelligent feeding & printing platform is based on friction principle and it is one classic machine. It is with 3 feeding belts or even more feeding belt to realize the product feeding according to the product size. It is suit for products whose size is 25mm to 400mm. there are various feeding modules which can be exchange freely and easily, which is well satisfied various packing material’s feeding & printing, easy on installation. There are many optional function. That’s why we called it intelligent feeder.
Intelligent feeding & UV inkjet printing system, which is to integrate feeder and UV inkjet printer to be in one perfectly. The whole system includes intelligent feeding, double detection, plasma, UV inkjet printing, OCR inspection, high-speed rejection, UV curving system, auto collection system etc. if there is serious requirement on printing position, we need to install auto rectify system. This feeding platform is very stable, and it is equipped with 1.2m to 1.5m conveyor for UV inkjet printing and this conveyor is vacuum function and fire-resistant curving conveyor.
So far as I know that the UV inkjet printer has high requirement on the feeding platform, if the UV inkjet printer is good but the feeding platform not, the whole system can not well work. So our intelligent feeding platform made up the loss and made the UV inkjet printer can be to the extreme. If not because of UV inkjet printer, it is not easy for people to see how good of our intelligent feeding platform. In one word that the best is to satisfy each other mutually.
