One customized UV digital printing system BY-HF02-800CUV, which is for #coated non-woven bag printing. This #coated Non-woven bag has one feature that it is with portable rope and not flat. Because of this, we should consider to adopt which printing head. Ricoh G5 head is suit for flat material’s printing and the printing head height is not more than 7mm. while Seiko printing head is suit for high printing and the printing head working height can be 20mm. So we adopt Seiko head for this customer.
The customer requires white plus #CMYK printing and the printing width is 210mm. To meet this requirement, we adopt Seiko 1536 heads, whose printing width is 108mm for one head. One head one color, so the total is 10 pcs printing heads.
Here is the whole system’s working process below:
Automatic feeding→ auto-rectify device→ plasma device→ White color printing→ CMYK printing→ UV drier→ auto-collection conveyor.
